OK..here it is! My first completed crocheted project!
A sweater for Gizmo!
Keep in mind it was the FIRST thing I ever crocheted AND I didn't have a pattern! I just had an idea in my head and kept trying it on Gizmo as I went along.
The armholes are a little too big. I might make sleeves and add them on and I also might add on more to the neck and make it a turtleneck sweater. He likes those!

OK, looking at his one I definitely have to fix the arm holes

My mom just showed me how to knit the other day. I am working on my first project, a scarf. I will then move on to more complicated stuff like blankets, sweaters, and patterns.

That's great considering you didn't have a pattern. If I even attempted that I think the arm holes would be all off.
