So how long after your wedding did you send out thank yous? And if you haven't sent them out yet, when are you planning to?

My mother is on my a$$ about this every day saying, 'You need to get your thank you's out now because before you know it you'll need to send out thank you's for the baby shower!' And one of her 'friends' (who didn't even come to the wedding with a lame excuse) asked if I mailed them out already! Jeez!

Looks like I'll be getting mine out just past the 6 month mark. I don't think that's so bad, right???

just under the 3 month mark.... had most of them done at like 2 months but than lost intrest and didnt wanna write the rest. finally just sat down and did it.

some poeple were actually shocked that i got mine out before other people who had weddings before us.

Mine were sent out by the 2-month mark.....but I wanted them done with.

over half have gone out - mostly to aunts uncles and friends. our close family & friends haven't gotten theirs yet because we've been hoping they'll understand that we want to take our time on theirs...

they'll be finished between 5-6 months post-wedding.

it took us about 2 1/- 3 months to get out.

I picked up my thanks yous from the photographer 3 months after we got married and it probably took me a month to send them out. I would say 4 months.

I think technically you have a year to send out thank yous though....

I had them all out by the 3 month mark. Then again we had our online proofs within a week of our wedding & our final album 2 months after the wedding.

Mine was out in just slightly over one Month..

We got married in Nov.. took our honey moon in Jan and I wanted them done and not have to deal with them when i got home!!

(and yes.. I was OCD enough to do Christmas Cards BEFORE I got my TY's out!)

We just passed our 7 month mark and none have gone out...

Half of mine are written and none of DH's are written...I will hopefully finish mine off and send them out before the end of the month.

I am soooo bad, I still have to make mine and send them out. I have just procrastinated about it.

I am hoping to get them done soon.....

I think it will be the year mark until I get them out.

hmm we had our thank you in hand about 3 weeks after the wedding and had them out within another week or so....so i'd say within 4-5 weeks from the wedding
