Job- helppppp
So yesterday went very well- the lady said she loved me and thought I'd be a great asset to the company- BUT- she said the position may be too junior for me for the first 6 months to a year... After that I'd be doing more senior things.so i'm not sure what to do. She said to email her today if I am still interested. At this point, I want to see what they offer me and discuss it over with jason...
There is a lot of opportunity for growth beyond the position so I think I'm still interested but I dont know what to write! I sck at this kind of stuff.
What should I do?

sometimes you have to put in time at the bottom in order to climb to the top you know?if the pay is okay for you to start and there's room for growth -- i dont see what the question is? you seem like you meshed well with her. you got a good vibe from them?
do it!

As long as the beginning salary is good for you. If they can guarantee opportunity for growth then it sounds like a job of interest. I would say something that you understand that with any job there is a learning stage in the beginning. I just would be worried that those 'junior' tasks would linger around if you're good at them.

Make the change. I was a supervisor of a trade desk at Prudential. I got offered a job that I knew I wanted it to be my career but it was a huge pay decrease for me and I was starting at the bottom with the potential to do very well.It was the best move I ever made. If there's room for growth at this place then definitely do it. You have to look at the long term possibilities.
Good luck!!!!

Re: Job- helppppp
i think she was trying to warn you that the salary may be lowid still respond saying something like...while you are concerned that you may not be challenged in the early months, you like the company and feel that with your self-motivating attitude, you can make a great asset to the company, so you are interested in hearing back from them'........ and then i would try to negotiate
remember YOU are the asset (they even said so). so dont lose sight of that. if you treat yourself as a valuable player (like at least trying to negotiate salary, compensation, something! office?), they will treat you valuable too
good luck

This is exactly what I was thinking.
If its what you love and want to do, I'd still go for it if there's opportunity to advance.
