My physical therapist. She's awesomely talented but always cancels.at the last minute. Im sending her a text (basically the only way we communicate) and I know she's leaving for vaca today so I don't wanna call her. Thoughts on this?
I think I need to find someone else with your qualifications . I have been feeling really bad lately with the fibromyalgia and need to see someone regularly who is as good as you. Do you have any suggestions?

what you wrote isn't bad but i probably would not put it that way ... maybe just 'can you recommend any other PT for me to use while you're away on vacation' ... and then i'd prob just stop making appointments with her if i like the other person more.

i agree with both ang and mor
text her that you need to talk. if she doesnt give you a time to call then use mor's strategy
if she does call or arrange a call say the same thing....can you recommend someone while youre away?

i totally don't blame you ... i'd be insanely pissed too ... especially since SHE is going to get paid for it! but she'll prob be more likely to respond if you're nicer. Unless you really like her and want to keep using her ... then just tell her that she needs to shape up or you'll find someone else.
