Question: FRUSTRATING UPDATE

is punching your boss in the face or saying 'stop talking to me before I beat the sht out of you' bad form? Probably right? crappp.

update: so girls, I dont know what to do. Even her emails have attitude. At this point when I get a snippy email I just ignore it and then she gets snippy when I dont respond, so clearly thats not the way to handle it..... but when even your simple emails have attitude, something is wrong!

I texted DH to ask if I can quit. I am considering saying goodbye and then going to work at Target or something until something else comes along. I applied to 4 jobs last night so we'll see if anything bites. I'm just so beyond frustrated and I hate how 1) she treats me and 2) how she has no idea that she is being a btch. She either thinks she's funny or she literally is so stupid, she doesnt know shes nasty.

Carey, i love this idea. she needs to be beat down... or really, she needs to take a class on how to speak to people.

I hope DH says it's ok for you to quit, but I also think you might be miserable at Target. Is there an old job that you can fall back on? Maybe something small like receptionist in a doc's office?

Why don't you make an anonymous complaint about your boss to HR?

small company- 15 people. no HR.... and if there was an HR, i'd be it. I'm the closest thing we have.

Maybe I can beg my dad to let me be the receptionist for his limo company.

I'm sorry. I know how that feels...I've been there. I still get crap like that from someone here. It's a whole range of emotions.

I was going to suggest HR but I see that doesn't work for you. (It doesn't for me either...since I work in HR and the problem is coming from THE DIRECTOR OF HR). It truely sucks.

I hope something works out with your dad - that might be a nice breather while you figure things out. In the meantime, keep sending out that resume!
