I added vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. And instead of using graham crackers I crushed gingersnaps.
SOOOO GOOD!!!!

I really want to make these for Father's day, but I don't think I'll have time. Think if I make them on Friday they'll hold until Sunday????

Not too sure, the strawberries may start getting soggy?
They took me no longer than 15 minutes to make though. It was very fast.

how did you get the strawberries to stay up straight so the filling didnt spill out? I had to pack mine tight in a bowl so they all stood up against each other.
