I don't have any blood-related nieces / nephews. but DH has one niece and one nephew so i guess they're my niece & nephew too
ps: typing out the words 'niece & nephew' sucks!!!

Yep, I have 2 nephews. One just turned 13 and the other will be 18 soon.

I'm an only child and DH's brothers are young and immature (we pray they won't be fathering any children anytime soon)

I have only one brother and DH has only one sister...my brother is Autistic, so he will never have a 'normal' life like that...and DH's sister is a h0bag and while she is planning to have children with her husband, seeing them would involve seeing her which I would hate...on top of which, they live in Grand Cayman so we never see them anyway.
No nieces or nephews in my life

I have no blood nieces and nephews. My brother and sister are both getting married in the next 8 months.
DH has 23 nieces and nephew ages 3- 29 and 3 great-nieces and two more great-nieces/nephews on the way.
So I went from none to being a great-aunt.
(DH is the youngest of 8)

my brothers are 19 and 21 -- so far off from getting married and/or having babies.
DH has sisters all of childbearing type age but the crazy one can't have kids anyways and i hope she never figures out a way to her hands on a child ... and his other two sisters i think are probably still quite a ways off from having kids.

Charlotte - 4 Tommy - 4 Shane - 2
BIL/SIL asked me to be Tommy's godmother and this made me feel so special! I love all 3 kiddos - they're all DH's siblings kids (DH is the youngest of 5 kids so our future kids will likely have TONS of first cousins)
My brother is younger than I and just broke up with his long time gf so it will likely be a while before he has kids! Can't wait until he does though!
