Yes, I wrote the vendor an email and I posted about the experience in my review. I was offered my tip back; however, I declined because a) I did not remember how much it was for and b) I felt wrong taking back money.

we took action allllrrrightttt!!!!!!!!

i vented on here about my cake and we got a call back from our bm that same day!!!

we got our upgrade fee refunded to us in CASH!!!

we were forced into taking action. thankfully dh is an attorney so no real skin off our back besides a pain in the @ss for dh to deal with.

I don't feel its worth the time or effort to take action against them. I will constantly bash them on here anytime someone asks about them

no, it really wasnt a HUGE deal and i know that but it was something that i paid for and i was promised but worse than that really is that i told the vendor that it was okay and i understood stuff happens (even though i wanted to cry and have a tantrum) and they said they would give me back money/throw in stuff...make it up to me and instead i wasnt given anything like that and not even a call back after the wedding when i called to THANK the vendor for all that THEY HAD DONE. i mean where the hellllllll does being a good person end. but again, no, i really wanted to write a long letter to the vendor requesting money back and telling them what i thought of their behavior but im letting it go
