I think Craig was goign to make his 'famous' grilled Chicken with cilantro & avocado (and a bit of cheese) on top ... over rice ... it's delicious and pretty simple

I'm actually not making dinner- i'm being a fatty patty and going out for make your own mac and cheese (I put in all kinds of delicious ingredients like spinach and short rib and amazingness) with my girlfriends.
.... so how about you make Janis's super easy and delicious mac & cheese!

grilled chicken salad
its been marinating for the past two days with reduce fat italian dressin with two chopped up chipolte peppers with adobe sauce
baby spinach, lettuce, tomtoes, cucumbers, corn and some shredded cheeseeeeeeeeeeee

dh isnt mature enough to eat any. we had some last night and he kept hitting my in the face and eyes with lobster juice. disgusting! ill make him bbq pulled chicken or heat up a broccolli quiche or something.

I was away for the weekend, so I am making meatball parm heros since I will just need to pick up bread and some cheese...The sauce is made and so are the meatballs...
