Hey Diva.....how did the 5k go yesterday?? atleast you had nice weather for it!!! Sunny, but not TOO hot!!

It was great!!! I loved it. I was worried about my time going in, but as soon as I took my first step I was like, 'just finish!' I made it in 33min 43sec, which is 4 min off my last time. And I lasted all night 2-12am in 4' heels!!! But I'm paying for it today, my calves are sooooooooooooo sore!

So today I had a wonderful breakfast consisting of Cold Spaghetti left over from my eggplant parm dinner last night....YUM.....BUT, I did go to WW yesterday and lost 1.4lbs!!! So it was my fat day yesterday!!! Today.....(other than breakfast)...back to the good for you food.

Making WW 1 point chili for dinner...and having left overs all week.....so thrilling!! October cannot get here quick enough!

Good for you!!!!!!!!! I dodn't make it, so I'll jst start this weekend when we go! But other than yesterday (Ididn't do too bad!) I have been eating well. So I hope I'll where I was when I left off. I hope!

How is everyone this Evening??? I'm so glad that it's starting to warm up some...... I'm so HAPPY, this Tuesday we pick out our Invitations... Time is speeding by so Fast!!!!!

I am so wiped out. It's 90 degrees here. We were in the yard working all day yesterday and today. It was sooooo hot !!! but the yard is looking so much better


I have actually last a couple inches this past 2 weeks from working in the yard . YEA!!!!!!!!!

Tommorrow I clean out the garage. If I can still move from this weekend. I wish i could describe our yard. Our home used to be in better homes and gardens because of the yard, Then the previous owner let it go to crap. He did not like grass so he covered the whole yard with pine straw and cedar chips. So now we just bought the house and we are having to clear an acres worth of pinestraw. Minus the few patches that look like grass but are actually nothing but weeds. I can't wait till we are done. We did a timeline and we will finish about a month before the wedding.

GREAT EXERCISE !!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you we love the house. We went from a 800 sq ft apt to this 3200 sq ft house. now we still have to get some more furniture. but after the wedding. Yard work is hard but kind of fun

Have fun picking out your invites. FH & I ordered ours the other day, since my FMIL is paying for them and she will be on vacation when we would be ordering them. She wanted to make sure they were taken care of before she went on vacation.

Congratulations.You have inspired me to get my act together and start excercising. FH will be joining me as soon as his chiropractor gives him the ok! Tomorrow is the first day of my new workout regime.

Diva, you look awesome!! And wearing your 9-11 shirt- Yay! I am starting Week 6 of the Couch to 5K program tomorrow, and have the Revlon Run Walk 5K on May 5th. It's my first one- I am sooo excited!! Your time was awesome! I am a lot slower than you are!

Thanks for rubbing in the temperature we're all jealous here...although it is getting better...the nights are still crazy chilly though!!! Good for you in getting the exercise when you don't even no it......any activity can't hurt

Ladies....I just have to say how excited I am to check this thread everyday....it's so nice to read about other peoples issues/concerns and to be able to completely relate.....this is such a comfort at the end of my day!!! You girls are the best!!


PS--- How long is 5K??? Since so many people are talking about running it?
