Erica that is the same kit I was 'bidding ' on but then got it in michaels with 1/2 coupon-- glad to see it is a good one
I was wondering the same thing about mats-- Hopefully someone will know which to get--or if it matters

I use mats when I use rivets. some people use them to protect thier work surface from glue and ink

I use my self healing mat all the time since I trim with an exacto knife a lot. Great Deal on the tool kit!

I didn't get anything at QVC - their shipping & handling is outrageous. I was going to place an order a couple of weeks ago - I selected $57 worth of merchandise and the S&H was $16!
