I am sure some of the vendors are observing the Jewish Sabbath and thus would not be open on Saturdays. For those who aren't, they may be open.

I know that the one I use closes after lunch on Friday and isn't open again until Monday.

There are some open on the weekends....but your best bet is to go during the week.

Yes, and they close early on Fridays for the most part.
