Best of 2014 voting is open! Vote for your favorite vendor and enter to win an iPad mini!

We just launched the voting for Best of 2014 and we had to add an awesome prize into the mix! This contest is simple...all you have to do is go to the Best of 2014 voting page and vote for your favorite vendor(s) and then come back on this thread and reply and tell us one of the vendors you voted for and why. You can have multiple entries but only one vendor per reply. What will you win? The winner will receive an iPad mini!

This contest is open to both brides to be and newlyweds. Multiple entries are allowed but only one vendor per reply. Winner will be selected randomly from all the entries. Contest ends on midnight, January 31st.

I voted for Hidden Essence for best florist because it was the most budget friendly and Michelle totally understood what I wanted and made my vision come to life.

I voted for Hidden Essence as well. Michelle is amazing to work with and easy going. She new my vision and I can't wait until my wedding day!

I voted for the Viana Hotel and Spa for the hotel because they have been amazing so far and so responsive! :)

And I voted for the Milleridge Cottage because I think their ballroom is amazing and their food is delicious!

I also voted for Majestic Gardens reception hall. Olympia is amazing to work with and willing to work within budget. Family owned and operated with one wedding at a time. Food is amazing and so are the grounds. I can't wait until my wedding day!

I voted for Fade to Black New York. Gil made me so excited about my wedding next year. He is accommodating, friendly and very enthusiastic. It's so nice to see someone who absolutely loves what they do and it really comes out in his work. He is without a doubt my favorite vendor!

I vote for Frank from FM Entertainment. The easiest vendor EVER. He played all of our requested music and also got our intro music correct (5 songs).
After I recommended another bride on LIW to use Frank and she booked, I even got a price adjustment. Who does that? I a great vendor.

I voted Long Island Sound for DJ. They made the wedding a success and after all the issues we had with our venue they really saved our party. They were amazing!

I voted Bridal Reflections for bridal gown. Not only did they help me find the perfect dress, but they didn't pressure me to spend more, and the seamstress helped me fall in love with it all over again when I was hesitant to wear it at all (after my father passed away).

I voted Lessings Waterfront Mansions for Reception Locations- Catering Halls. I'm getting married at Timber Point Mansion, and I have loved everything about my experience so far. The food at the Lessings showcase was amazing, our coordinator Miriam has been super helpful, and Timber Point itself is beautiful.

I voted for Village Bridal for bridal Gown. My consultant Krissy was so helpful, she pulled the perfect dress for me. It came in right in the time frame they said it would. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I voted Jacqueline Nicole Cosmetics for makeup. Jackie is such a sweetheart! I loved my makeup trial with her, and she also did my makeup for my engagement shoot which came out fabulous. She is so professional and takes her time making sure we are happy with the end result.

I voted for Tommy's Tunes for DJ. Tommy has a real laid back personality that I found very easy to relate to. He's been quick to respond to my questions and concerns and they did a fantastic job at my cousin's wedding so I know they'll do well at mine.

I voted for Afresh Approach for Favors. We used them for our engagement party favors and they did an amazing job. The truffles are out of this world and she's just the nicest woman to work with. We still go back to purchase more as gifts for relatives.

I voted Lessings Waterfront Mansions for Reception Locations- Suffolk County. We visited a few Lessings venues in Suffolk, and loved them. Can't go wrong with the food and service at a Lessings venue.

I voted for Angela's Hair Design for Hair-Updo. She has been so patient in helping me find a hairstyle that works for me and her work is just gorgeous. I can't say enough nice things about her.
