Looking to lose a few pounds and tone up this summer? Then be sure to enter this contest for your chance to win one of 4 prizes! Yes there will be four prizes being given from RJ's Personal Fitness!Here are the 4 prizes:
Bride to be – 2 sessions with a personal trainer plus a weight loss consultation.
Bride to be – 1 session with a personal trainer plus a weight loss consultation.
Newlywed – 2 sessions with a personal trainer plus a weight loss consultation.
Newlywed – 1 session with a personal trainer plus a weight loss consultation.
2 brides to be and 2 newlyweds will win. 4 winners in total!

My favorite snack is cucumbers - sliced with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, and sometimes with chili powderI also love grilled chicken with a tzaziki sauce made from no fat greet yogurt.

My favorite meal i enjoy is tuna with red onion, celery, black pepper and a bit of olive oil mayo! Usually i will have it on whole wheat or as a lettuce wrap! Its easy to make and affordable. One of my favorite!

i dont eat healthy very often (its a downfall of mine i would like to fix) but i have to admit i could live on ground turkey, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro mixed together, so good!

My healthy meal is a salad, greek yogurt and fruit or a turkey burger on multigrain bread with carmelized onions.

My favorite healthy meal is a fresh piece of gilled or broiled flounder drizzeled with a little olive oil and lemon with steamed broccoli or green beans and an arugala salad with sliced almonds, chick peas and craisins with balsamic vinagrette. Favorite snack, sliced apple with either almond butter or small curd cottage cheese (you can add raisins or craisins to either for some added sweetness). Yum!
