Did she book it already and have her heart set on it? If so, just mention that she should go for a tasting. If she is still looking for places then tell her about it.

If she did book it, I personally would not say anything to a friend because I would not want to hurt her feeling on the place she picked. If she has not booked it I would def. have her go there!

Re: Ariana ... A different point of view

I had my wedding at a hall that was undesirable by others on this board and it turned out phenomenal. So I must say that if it's your friend's wedding, don't try to get her to change the place that she and I'm pretty sure that she has shopped around and for whatever reason she determined that this was the place for her. But, do suggest to her that she gets references and do a food tasting (if it's allowed).

Remember that it's her wedding and the decison she be her(s) and not someone else.

Finally, remember that all these posts on this board on others (including mine) is just an opinion.

I don't think it's that bad, really. Have her go for a tasting - to each her own!

I may have posted this before but my sister's friend had her wedding there-- and my sister claims the food was top notch.

Re: Ariana ... A different point of view

I've never eaten there, but this was 1 of the 1st places I visited as a reception hall choice. I was just totally unimpressed & had no confidence in them at all. But I will admit that their prices were inexpensive & included a whole lotta stuff, but we weren't willing to chance it. My main problem w/them was how unflexible the packages were.

I wish your friend luck & hope it all goes well for her reception.

Re: Ariana Waterfalls..

shelly -what area are you looking to have it in? Mine is at the Coral House and the prices per person are very resonable.....
