I am a very big fan of the preggo photos that I have seen my friends do and when the time comes I am certain it is something I want to do. I already told Imagine they are hired

I just started looking into this. I saw some at Mark Kauffman's office when we booked him and loved them. I do not plan on displaying my photos though. I want to keep them on the private side and only in B&W. Who is the photographer on these?

I do not know who the photographer is, I was on a baby site and the listed this site as a site of photographers who did pregnancy series, to birth, to babies at home, they do everything.

I think they are called Day One Photographers

I'm a little self-conscious right now, but it is a really nice idea and a great keepsake of such an amazing thing. I also saw a few portraits at Mark Kaufmanns' studio and he is encouraging me to take some. We'll see...

I love this idea. i would like to do this soon. I am 6mths and want to do it before I get too huge. Let me know if you find any more local photographers.

I probably won't take any, b/c I don't like how the pix look. Sorry, but I don't find them attractive at all...

We saw Topless preggo's in Miami and they also had on g strings!!

Way to go for them..

Here are a few more. I think the preggo woman's body is beautiful. Remember Demi Moore, I see a lot more celebrities doing it.

I would want to do this too-I think it's beautiful. My mom has no pics of her pregnant with me and I would have loved to seen that. (Maybe because she gained like 80 pounds with me-lol!!! I was a tubba-lubba baby at 10 pounds!!!)

I think its a personal preference. I love these photos.

For anyone that likes these photos and plan on doing them you can contact your local photographer and show them some pix like these that you are going for.

Bodengallo-I think you should wait until your 8th or 9th month. Of course you don't want to wait til the end, but I think you should wait until you're bigger than 6 months.

Michelle, when you say not to display do you mean, frame and mount on a wall?? Oh I would not frame or hang any of these on a wall either.

I know Mark Kauffman Studios does these and I am sure some of the other higher-end studios also do them.
Shamma- that is what I mean. There will be NO 8x10 framed photo of this on my wall. It is more for me and DH (and a few close family/friends, and you guys ) and someday baby to look at.
I will not be doing the naked ones!

Michelle, I also thought you were not going to share them with us. No neekid ones for me either. My GF have taken ones where their hubby's are kissing the belly, or just both hands and the belly is taken, I love them. These could be a great start to a baby album..

I told DH we could take ONE maybe TWO within the next month or so... I'm sure I'll be fully clothed!!
