he got a charcol vest and ascot tie, with a lay down collar.

here's a pic of FH and his friend on his wedding day (last august), with bow ties. we personally chose full ties for our wedding (in 1 month) but i think the bow tie looks nice, too.

Ummmmm, my husband wore a 15th Century velvet doublet.

We did not do bowties, I think they look so sloppy after a while and with so many nice choices of ties why not do something else'
