My Engagement Party Review - Finally had time lol

So here it is - my engagement party review.
Location:
H.R. Singletons in Bethpage: A
What a fabulous party!!! Tina, the event coordinator there was incredible. Let's talk about accomidating...she was soo good that I got to my engagment party late and didn't worry b/c I knew it would all be perfect. She had everything set when I arrived. Food was fabulous and room worked out really well. Only thing, they wouldn't let us do shots out of shot glasses...so I talked the bartenders into pouring us straight shots into glasses....let's put it this way...everyone had a great time....falling over lol...
Clip-in Hair Extensions:
Hi Gorgeous in Merrick: A+
June at Hi Gorgeous was awesome. She matched my hair color up to samples. I decided on human hair b/c I wanted to be able to curl it witha curling iron, I ordered the 18' length...two days later - my hair was in and it looked fantastic....I even wear it out partying now...definitely a great investment....oh and so unexpensive for human hair.
Hair:
Christine Peters @ Magestic Salon in Seaford: A+
She's fantastic! She mad my hair look better than I could have pictured. At first I thought I wanted all down but then I she pulled peices up and I said lets go for the half up half down. She clipped in my extensions...and my hair held in place all night long. Loved it!
DJ:
DJ David: A
He's a friend of the family and he had everyone up and dancing all night long. The only downfall, some of the guests thought the traditional italian and jewish circle dances went on too long. I thought he was great!
Invitation:
The Wedding Channel.com: A-
It was actually under a save the date section, I just changed it into an invite lol. It was so us! Only negative, first invites came in with an error, so I called and they expedited a new batch to us, Perfecto!
Giveaway:
Imagemaker in Freeport: A+
It was the perfect giveaway ever. My mom had it done for us. She has a promotional business. OMG, the lollipop's were such a hit. Everyone loved them and they had fun licking our faces off hahahah!! What was great was that they were huge and looked fantastic on the table. I picked cherry flavor to match with our red/black decor.
Dress:
La Pink in Merrick: A
I loved my dress. It was soo in expensive too. Halter top in black, sintched waist and botton was a satin scarf like pattern, very flowy...fun while dancing...in red/black/white pattern. I got sooo many compliments.
Shoes:
Wild Pair @ Roosevelt Field: A
The looked hot! And even better, they were comfortable...they were a pair by Carlos Santana. Go figure!
DIY Placecards:
AC Moore In Bethpage: A
So easy to make. You type in the names, it prints off the printer and I glued on heart rhinestones. So easy and really didn't take me more than an hour an a half for everything.
