check marthas stewart site, dont know if it is still up but she she did this whole pink and gold themed thing in her magazine a few months ago

They are all so pretty, thanks girls. The RH is being completely rebuilt by this September and the colors of the Ballroom will be Ivory and Gold Damask....I was thinking this color combo to go...any other ideas?

well first i would just wait until you go shopping...ALOT of people were planning on wearing white or diamond white dress and then when you go its different...For me the white washed me out so i got ivory, it was hard at first to decide on that bc i had my heart set on the white...but also she showed me that my crystals will look different in ivory than in white, in ivory it gives it this anitque type look the crystals just look different and stand out more. Too bad the sample of my dress was light green but she showed me a similar dress in ivory to show me

I know, I am seeing already that now that I am actually in the process of planning my thoughts are changing. For YEARS I wanted red BM dresses...all it took was finding out that my room will be ivory, pink and gold and there went red! I have olive skin and will be dark in July so I am really thinking white..but who knows.....off topic, I really want to go to the beach with my FH on our wedding day...wouldn't it be cool to have a pic like this????

Thanks for all the pics! Again, I ALWAYS thought I was going to have rose BOKs, but in the midst of things I'm falling sooo in love with calla lillies....I didn't know they came in all different colors!!!!!! I'm like a kid in a candy store! lol

yeah once you really start planning the wedding, ideas you had before go right out the window...i thought i would use all yellow roses and im not using any haha, thought id do blue BM dress and im doing taupe.

Well FH hates the beach so were not doing that haha, and im not the biggest beach person either but that is a gorgeous picture
