instead of rice

what can people toss after we have the ceremony...i've heard rose petals, bubbles, and rice....anything new?

birdseed...that way it doesnt cause pollution, the birds will eat it right away.

We will be releasing balloons and have bubbles.

At my FBIL's wedding they threw petals, in the pictures it looks so beautiful. You should consider it.

At my friends, they threw birdseed against her wishes and they were stuck in her hair and dress and she was SO UPSET. Something to think about.

I did streamers. you can purchase them at AC Moore & Walmart. Or you can search online for them too, but they cost more online. They are easy to clean up because the streamers are attached to the tube they come in.

I don't have a picture, but alot of brides have done them. Do a search on the '06 board maybe for ribbon wands. They are ribbons, on a stick basically. You can make them any color you want to go with your wedding.
