I'm getting married next year and trying to find a hotel for our out of town guests. We're getting married at the Swan Club, but a lot of the recommended and close hotels are expensive.
Any suggestions from other Swan Club brides?

hi,
we blocked rooms at the four points sheraton in plainview. it's not super closeby but it's really nice and the prices seemed to be what most other places were charging...if not a little less. i also looked at the fairfield inn in syosset which was lower in price so maybe give them a call too. good luck!!

I'm a swannie and I'm using the residence inn in plainview. The prices are great and they have a restaurant attached if you want the rehearsal dinner there.

We are staying at and have a lot of guests staying at the Glen Cove Mansion. We all booked through Hotels.com because it was cheaper than going through the hotel. It's the closest hotel to the swan club.

i went to a wedding at the swan club and they reserved rooms at the wingate inn (which just recently change it's name La Quinta or something like that). the rooms were a reasonable rate. i think we paid $140. they also had a shuttle bus to take guests back and forth

Our RH was very close to SC - we used the East Norwich Inn, and had a shuttle for our guests. Discount rate of $120/night if you have 10 rooms or more. It's not a fancy hotel, no bar, but still very nice and everyone said they had a nice stay there.

ooohhh, Glen Cove Mansion looks sooo nice! and the prices are pretty rasonable too, but my RH isn't close to it so i couldnt book. but it's a really nice hotel!

My FH worked on getting quotes for blocking rooms or discount rates. We weren't impressed with any of the hotels that we were interested in (found better pricing or similar pricing online) so we researched the best rates online and recommended them to our guests.
