Okay I am really confused and really pissed off....
I ordered my STD's back in Nov/Dec. I charged it to my credit card. I've been paying my bill every month since then. For some reason I only just noticed - the past 3 months Vistaprint has been charging me $14.95 for Vistaprint rewards!!! What the heck?!?!?!?!
I never signed up for anything!! This is so sneaky on their part!!

Seriously? I went and logged on and didn't see any record of me ever registering for this crap. All I did was use their free offer, paid for envelopes and the setup fee and that was it.
They better friggin' refund me this money!!! I have to call my credit card company now so that I don't get hit with interest charges because I am NOT paying the three month's worth charges I got!

I'm not too pleased with them either. I ordered STD's from them too, along with corresponding envelopes. Well the other day I get a manilla envelope in the mail that had been put through the ringer (by UPS or whoever) and there, inside, totally insecure, is the 100 envelopes I ordered! They had been delivered in the rain so the wet had seeped through the manilla envelope so now these are all dried and wrinkly. Thank God my STD's weren't in there with them, but that makes me wonder where the hell my STD's are?! I'm calling tomorrow.

Yes thank God they weren't in there!!! I believe my STD's came separately from the envelopes so you should be okay...sorry that happened!!!

I would be beyond mad, def sounds very sneaky on their part..doesn't sound like a very professional company! I hope you are able to get it straightened out, and I hope everyone's STD's are ok!

Wow this is surprising to hear. I had no problem with them. MY STD's came within a week. The price certainly was right.

wow, I'm sorry you girls had some bad experience with them. I ordered my STDs from them and they did a great job. I never got charged from them, but i also did not take advantage of the free stuff they had. I think the charges are from the 'freebies' at the end of your order.

Ive ordered a few times from Vistaprint and have never seen this on my credit card..however, I have heard that this company is a bit slick..and they pull schemes like this often. I am really sorry that they did this to you..I do hope everything can be resolved.

I used Vistaprint to do some promotional postcards for myself a few times & they were great...then I tried to have them do sticky pads that I had planned on giving out as part of my favors & they kept f-ing them up...the color was off...each time I called, they sent me a new one...colors were still off but in a different way...they sent me 3 tries..and when it STILL wasn't right I called & they REFUSED to send me anymore...saying that it was my fault & that they do nothing when they print them & they can't change it...so i said, 'If you do nothing when you print them, how did i get 3 completely different looking things from the same file????? Do you want me to send you a pciture of the 3 things i got from you??' All they would do was refund me...and to think i was going to place an order for 100!
And keep in mind I've been a Graphic Artist for over 10 years...i know how to set artwork up..and all about printing...it was their fault...then the best part is they don't even have any contact info you can write & complain to...but i did find this in my searches about the $14.95 scam they pull....
That happened to me too!!!! Call them and complain. I did the same thing and they refunded my money.

Happened to me too!! I had to cancel my credit card b/c they were charging me 14.95 TWICE each month..it ended up totaling about $120.. MY credit card company canceled my account and reimbursed me, it was a pain in the A$$!!!
