when I first started the LIW lingo was a little confusing so..

let's start a reference thread so we can learn what everything means.. so far I have

DH-Darling/dear Husband (i've gotten 2 answers)
FI-fiance
FH-Future husband
OMG-oh my god
BUMP- brings a post out of archives back into more present posts (can't explain it)
FMIL-future mother in law
FSIL/FBIL-future brother/sister in law
FG-flower girl
BM-Bridesmaid
MOH-maid of honor
MOB/MOG-mother of bride/groom
FOB/FOG-Father of bride/groom
LMAO-laughing my A$$ off
ROTFL-rolling on the floor laughing
LIW-long island weddings
FM-forum mail
RD-rehearsal dinner

I don't know what else.. you girls can add/change what I have

I won't even tell you what I thought that was when I joined. Ok, I'll tell. I was like, why are they talking about their STD's? Then I read the thread and was really relieved. And I'm a pretty common sense type person, but that one just went over my head!

This is a wonderful idea! I'm going to bookmark this thread! For the newbies, the book mark is that little yellow pad like icon in the top right corner. It adds things to your notebook.
