Anyone want to see pictures of the adorable dog we found??

She's the sweetest best-behaved dog I've ever seen! We found her wandering around at 11PM last night with no collar (put a collar on your pets people!!) so we took her home and posted flyers and 'Found' ads on petfinder.com and nycacc.org. If anyone has other suggestions, please let me know. In the meantime we have an adorable dog!

Very cute. Looks a little like Gizmo (shih tzu?). I hope you find the owners!

Have you called the local shelters to see if anyone has called looking for her???

She is adorable!! Will you keep her if you can't find the owners?

she looks like she was groomed and not wandering the streets for days on end. i hate seeing dogs without collars or leashes. good luck!

She definitely looks like a shih tzu or lhasa apso. So cute!!!

You are so good to take care of her !

Did you call the local shelters? Sometimes people check there first if they lose their dog. We found a baby doberman once (sooo cute! soo sweet!) and we posted flyers, etc. but in the end the owners checked the shelters and got our info from there.

Let us know how it works out. She is adorable!

Thanks guys, I'll try calling the shelters too.

I'm not sure what she is - I think a mix of a few things. She looks a little shih-tzu, a little pekingese and a little tibetan spaniel. She's also the sleepiest dog I ever met - I had to literally drag her out of our bed this morning to go for a walk .

awww what a cutie!!

it annoys me when people don't keep tags on their dogs. DH and i found a dog walking all alone one morning (boston terrier). we pulled over and coaxed it to come over. Luckily s/he had a collar on and i was going to check the address and deliver the dog, but the owners pulled up in their car as i was asking the doggie where s/he's from. But if the owners didn't pull up, it still would have made it home since it had tags.

did you post fliers around neighborhood too?
