Timeline for the day?

I am trying to figure this out
Anyone have theirs as a sample?

Ok... I think I got it now.

7:30am - wake-up
7:45am-8:10am - shower
8:15am-8:30am - dry hair
8:45am-9:15am - breakfast
9:30am-11am - hair
11am-12pm- make-up and flowers arrive
12:30pm - photographer/videographer arrive
12:10pm-1pm - get dressed & pack up
1pm-2:30pm - take pictures
2pm - girls home to my house
2:30pm - limo comes for girls
2:45pm - limo comes for me and Dad
3pm - ceremony begins
3:45pm-6pm - take pictures
6pm-7pm - cocktail hour
7pm-11pm - reception



Sound good?

try going by 1/2hr time slots

5:00 -530 bath
5:30-600am makeup
630-7:00 brkfast
7:00am – 7:15am Flowers arrive
7:15am - 7:30am Bridal Party (MOH,BM’s FG’s) arrive at my home for Pics
7:30am - 8:15am Photo/Video grapher arrives for pics
8:15am Limos arrive
8:30am - 9:00am Depart for Old Westbury Gardens
9:00am - 10:35am Pictures at Old Westbury Gardens (total 1 1/2 hrs)
10:30am - 11:00am Depart Old Westbury for Ariana Waterfall for Ceremony & Recepti

8:30- wake-up
8:30-9:30- breakfast
9:30-11:00-hair
11:00-12:00-Makeup
12:00-12:30-Get dressed
1:00- photographer
2:45- Limo
3:00-Ceremony

I left some extra time in there for minor stuff to go wrong, since it probably will!

Now if you are doing an up-do, they usually request you don't do your hair the morning of, so that could save you some time

I am having a half up and half down, and I am cheating. I wont feel fully fresh and clean if I dont wash my hair that morning.

I'm working backwards, for me that's easier to ensure I have enough time for everything.

Call time: 6:00PM
Pics w/ immediate family: 5:30-5:45
Arrive at Cottage: 5:30PM
Pictures at Inn/Village (if nice enough): 3:45-5:25
Travel from Hotel (4 miles away): 3:30PM-3:45PM
Get dressed: 2:45-3:30
Makeup: 1:30/1:45-2:45
EAT!: 1-1:30/45
Arrival of Food for BP: 12:45
Hair: 11:30-1
Arrival of BMs and Hair People: 10AM
Dunkin Donuts: 9:40-9:55AM
Wake Up, Shower + wash hair, blow dry hair: 9:00-9:40AM

*Phew*

Oh Lord, my MOH is getting married at 11:30AM. What time are we going to have to wake up for that?

Mine is a little easier since I don't have a bridal party to content with, just my sister. But she is high maintenance. The same girl is doing her hair and her makeup. She will get her hair done while I get my makeup done and then her makeup while I get dressed and start taking pictures.

5:30 - photographer leaves for beach club to take pics of boys
6:00 - at hotel waiting to get picked up
6:30 - limo picking me up to go to beach club
7:00 - ceremony
