Ya know how they say you forget something on your wedding day? - UPDATE: slippers for sale on ebay

Well I forgot an entire basket of 40 slippers!!!

I just found them in the trunk of my vehicle. I didn't even realize I never gave them to the hall.

How's that for a Bridal Meltdown Moment?

UPDATED:

Since I had so many requests for the slippers, I decided to be fair I'd do an auction. This entire basket cost be about 85 bucks - slippers/basket/ribbon.

This is really a shame, although at least it wasn't something crucial, like the rings or the license!

Don't feel bad. I was looking at a magazine recently, and the caption under the picture of the bride noted that she forgot her bouquet!

i hear you... i forgot my MARRIAGE LICENSE i can laugh about it now... though it was nervewracking at the time

i would definitely sell the basket of slippers - i'm sure tons of brides would like to have one ready-made!!

I doubt I will but that happens. At least they hopefully won't go to waste. I don't see myself using 40 pairs of slippers in this lifetime
