copy of e-m I just sent Bridal Reflections
Many of you know about the drama I have had with Bridal Reflections. I just sent them the following letter:
My name is Daniela XX, maiden name XX, and I was
married on May 13 of this year. I used your store in Carle Place for
alterations.
I just wanted to write and let you know how disappointed I was in your
services. I am warning everyone I know who is getting married never to
use your services but based on what happened to me, I don't even think
I need to warn people. First of all, the seamstress was horribly rude
and nasty to me from the get go. Before you blow me off as being a
bridezilla, I will have you know that I was accompanied to my fittings
at different times by my mother, my sister, my mother-in-law, and my
best friend. All of them were horrified by the attitude I received. I
didn't like the original bra I bought to go with the dress, and she
proceeded to tell me that it is not the bra but she doesn't like
strapless dresses – as I am standing in front of her with a strapless
dress that I had purchased already! When I spoke to management, I was
told that they know this seamstress has a terrible attitude but she is
good at her job.
Well, I beg to differ. Not only did I deal with rude and
unprofessional behavior but my dress fell apart! Not even an hour into
the reception, my bustle broke, and the back of my dress was busted.
My dress was falling down the entire night. At one point, I had to
hold the top so my sister could pin because it had actually fallen
down. I have pictures where my dress is down and you can see my entire
bra. If you would like proof, I would be more than happy to mail you
these pictures.
I am contemplating contacting the Better Business Bureaus because you
run a reprehensible organization. Afer my experience, I have spoken to
several other brides who have used you, and they had nothing nice to
say about your seamstress. You are supposed to be working to help
brides experience the best day of their life nad instead, you inflict
pain and stress. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
