Re: my new home
the prices are actually not too bad. we got in with the pre-construction pricing. (phase 1) We just had to decide whether we wanted to spend it on a brand new place or fixing up something else. the new place won. The pictures are of the model with ALL the upgrades. ridiculus.
now we're picking upgrades and that's the scary part.
must. learn. self. control.

Re: my new home
Are they single family homes/townhouses/apartments? If they are apartments, are they co-op or condo? Sorry for all the ??? but we have been looking for a few months now and I would LOVE to live in a new build. Definitely something to be said for being the first to live somewhere!

Re: my new home
Are these very close to the train tracks?

Re: my new home
mine backs the tracks. We picked the unit in the buiding that was furthest though. The other phases will have ones further from the rr. They are building a 4 ft birm, a fence and putting trees in so that should help with the noise and the view.
