I never realized how many flowers we needed!!! Aunts, uncles, grandparents, parents, etc etc.
I was stumped when he asked me how I wanted their flowers!!!
Anyhow he is giving me 10 centerpieces similar to yours (with the pillar candles) except with Freedom roses and cybidium orchids. My Bo-K is having the same flowers. I thought black magic roses might be too dark, he showed me freedom roses, and those were just right. The boutonierres are going to be one freedom rose and one cybidium orchid for FH, and a white and fire and ice rose for the GM.
He's throwing in my tossing bo-K for free!!! And when he showed me the price, my jaw nearly hit the floor!!! He was $800 less than the last quote I got!!! He said he has a show at the marriott next month, so I might ask him to show me a sample before then!!
Needless to say we left a deposit!!
I included the pics of my bo-K and my bridesmaids.
Should I change the CP's?? I was really stumped on that!! I was thinking of buying some crystal candelabras and maybe just having some flowers around the base now!! Augh!!!!
BTW thanks to my other Signature Florist ladies for referring me!!! I didn't have to look elsewhere!!
Although I am curious to see what other quotes I would have gotten!!!

Yay Janna! I am so happy you booked him and that he gave you a great price.
What are your reasons for wanting to change the cps? Price? Nerves? I think what you described sounds beautiful, but of course I am biased!

Not sure....just thinking the wreaths might a look a little christmassy, do you know what I mean???
I was originally set on candles and flowers, just wasn't sure in what capacity!!

I don't think they would look Christmasy at all! I think that roses are so versatile and will go with any theme or season! Maybe George could put some springy stuff in the wreath.

I think I know why it looks christmassy to me, it's because it has red, green and white...christmas colors!!
He said he would throw in some cybidium orchids to make it look different!!
I think I'm just worried that I had a brain fart when it came to the CP's, so now I'm guessing myself. But he said that I have plenty of time to worry about it, and that as long as I don't have a lot of orchids or choose to make the CP a lot bigger, the price won't change!!
Maybe I need more ideas. I wanted these crystal candelabras that he had on display, but he said he couldn't get them. However, I've seen them for $12-$15 a piece. Maybe if I supply them, then it will work out?

What I would do then is keep compiling pics that you like. Ask him to make your sample wreath and go from there. You definitely have time and are in good hands!
More importantly, did you tell him that we say hi and that we recommended you! Details about George!

LOL Yes I did and he laughed when I brought up that you guys wanted pics!!! He was like, pics of what? He was great, though, he started Andrew about using the gun for the registry and Andrew got all excited about registering for gifts!!
He said he had just spoken to Jessica also.
I'll ask for samples before his next show and let him do the wreath unless I come up with a better idea before then!!!

Sounds like a good plan Janna! Whatever you decide, your flowers are going to be beautiful! I may have to invite the Signature Girls to my wedding so y'all can see what they look like before your own!

LOL- if you do, tell George what table we will be at- he'll probably go all out for THAT cp
Janna, I am doing candelabras too. he doesn't have them so I am ordering them from ebay. I love the colors on your bo-k. have you considered doing the orchids in a floating dish. the color of the orchids is so intense, I think you could have a gorgeous and simple cp of a few orchids floating and pillar candles surrounding it....maybe even in a line going down the table scattered with rose petals...
I don't know if what I am saying is making sense...have the dish with the flowers and pillars on either side...
