we are inviting a few woman from fh's office to our wedding. what is the protocol on shower invites then. I don't really know them that well, but it's ok to at least send an invite, I have no reason not to...just want to make sure I am not breaking any social rules .

I took it as you only invite those you are close to, to the shower. If you're not close with them, I don't see why you would need to invite them to the shower if you don't want to. But if you do want to extend the invite, go for it!

I would not invite them to the shower then if you do not know them but since he knows them then it's ok for the wedding
