July 7, 2007, a popular wedding date....

hey girls, had to share that I am invited to two weddings on 7/7/07!!

I'm in my best friends wedding during the day at the Crescent Beach Club, then I get to party all night long at Irish Coffee Pub for another good friend's wedding.

Thank goodness one is during the day and one is at night. Almost had a panic attack when I found out they were both on the same day!

At least I'll only need one dress



Anyone else have to go to a wedding on this day?

Theres quite a few 777 brides on the 07 board but to my surprise May 27 seems to be THE most popular date on the brides list!

I was actually going to post about this the other day and then it slipped my mind.

My DJ actually told us he'd definitely be charging more for that date, so I wouldn't be surprised if other vendors/reception halls/etc follow suit.

Just a head's up!

My DJ actually told us he'd definitely be charging more for that date, so I wouldn't be surprised if other vendors/reception halls/etc follow suit.

Thats silly... what the big deal? The numbers are all the same? That doesn't make it any more special than any other day. JMO, not to offend anyone getting married that say . Its a wonderful date, but I don't see the difference.

I think it is really messed up that places are charging extra on that day. It is a cool date no need to rob people.

I'm with you on this. absolutely ridiculous. I mean these places make it like there upping the prices for royalty. What a crock!!

I heard that the catering halls were actually charging extra for that night, since it is a Saturday and the date is 7/7/07! I'm not sure if it's true, though!!!

My parents got married that day and they were married 49 years. I actually have a wedding that day too! It is a great lucky day!

7/7/07 bride here... and no one has charged us any extra... I think that we booked before anyone really noticed... So far I have everything booked except the flowers and limo...

catering hall, band, DOC, photo- no one charged me any extra...

Its my lucky number.

thanks! it just worked out that way!....we wanted memorial day sunday but when they told us how much it was i was like this so i asked when would it be less $$ and it was 05/06/07
