I laughed all the way to work this morning. The topic of conversations was honeymoon advice! A caller called in and asked for advice b/c her FMIL was going on their honeymoon and her FH was not stopping his mother from coming and the bride didn't want her FMIL to come, but she didn't know what she should say/do.
Most of the callers who called in said to either dump the man b/c he couldn't stand up to his own mother for his wife or the other callers suggested she just put her foot down herself and make it abundantly clear to the FMIL that she's not welcome.
I just had to laugh at this!!

No I did not hear it. OMG could you imagine if that happened to you? I would be furious with both my FMIL and my FH!!! Although I love my FMIL and I would love to go away with her on a vacation, I certainly would not want it to be on my HM though.

One of the DJ's (or maybe it was a caller) stated that the FMIL would be there to make sure the wedding was consumated!!! I laughed out loud so hard when I heard this!!!!

I know. I wanted to call and say 'Uh no!' I would definitely put my foot down in that situation. Why would anyone's parents want to go on their honeymoon with them. That is so creepy.

My FMIL asked me if she could go with us on our HM yesterday on the phone!!! But she was joking....When she asked...I said...uh...no..sorry....then she goes, will you at least take pictures for me to see...so me, with my dirty mind, I start laughing...and I go, uh, I don't think we'll be taking pictures....LOL!!! She started laughing and said, 'Ewwww I don't want those pictures!!!! That's not what I was talking about...'
I heard that! I was like WOAH! I would ask nicely that she not come and then if she still wanted to, I would have DH say no nicely... after that it is a big NO WAY!
