There was a whole thing on the Today Show about this and Meredith Viera said she doubts it was real, but a psycotherapist (or psychologist) that was on said that she thought it was real. They invited the woman to contact the show so that she can be on and tell the story (was it real or staged, etc).

totally fake! did you notice how the bridesmaids' hairdos werent even done properly! it was like they just threw it up in a french twist and clipped it!
