looking to get married in september 08 and really liked woodbury country club....has anyone heard any good or bad things about them??

Our best man got married there last year and it was very nice!!! They had their ceremony by the pond where the gazebo is, and their reception in the room upstairs. We really enjoyed their wedding and thought WCC was very nice.

i am getting married there nov 08... we choose it bc its sooo beautiful, confortable 'feeling' and we here NOTHING but great food stories...
food is a big issue of mine and nothign but the best.. even sampled some dessert adn ribs.. YUM YUM.
real nice people was working with Dom, and hes genuine and nice all around.

WCC went above and beyond for my fiance and I...which is why we booked with them! We're working with Bob. I can't wait. The whole staff is so sweet.

I didn't book there, but I did look at it and consider it! It's very beautiful, i'm sure you will have nothing to worry about if you book there!

We didn't book there, but visited and it was very pretty. I love the gazebo and CH location, the room was just a little small for us.

we looked at it...it was our second choice. decided not to go with it because i wanted an outdoor ceremony but FH doesn't. so we decided to book jericho terrace instead. we liked the place a lot. you should definitely check it out.

We looked there and really liked it. The people were very nice and the place was beautful We go to try some horderves and they were good!
We didn't book b/c I already had my heart set on another place.

We met with Dominick there-- love him, loved the place, loved the food. (FH loved that they brought out a TON of food when we went to visit the first time!!-- no where else has done that!) In the end it wasnt for me-- but definately one of my favorites!

they have a beautiful outside my only issue with it was the wedding went to the beer they were serving was being poured out of pitchers and it was warm. I think it was from a Keg and they were filling the pitchers with it. We have a lot of friends and family that drink beer and i didnt want to have any issues with serving warm beer

I went to a wedding there last March. It was the first LI Wedding for FH - he's from Philly and he couldn't believe how much food there was. The Vienesse hour was amazing there. Once it opened I didn't see FH again till it was over.

yeah they dont do bottles but they are going to get some bottles of Bud for FH's grandpa and put them in a bucket at his table... just for him!
we are working with Dom too.. he is a really nice guy!!
