Read if you have ordered from Here Comes Your Bride

Hi Ladies,

If you have ordered from Here Comes Your Bride recently and you payed Via paypal and don't receive your order in 40 days ~ They will only accept claims within the 45 day window... so be careful!

because I gave this company the benefit of the doubt I am getting screwed ~ I lost my money $86.98 and I have no recorse through paypal I will be contacting my bank as soon as I am done with this post! But wanted to give you the heads up...

Here is what happened: I placed an order with Here Comes Your Bride 5/2 and they took my money 5/2 and I still have not received my order ~ I felt bad because they relocated two times and are backed up on there orders but in the process I have called and e-mailed, faxed and sent messages through there website... NOT ONE response back regarding my order!

If you have any ideas on what I should do ~ HELP me I am freaking out right now....

i would DEFINATELY contact your bank or credit card and dispute the charge...i mean you NEVER received your item, so why should you pay for it

Contact Paypal and see if the can help in getting your money back.
Be persistant. Keep calling this company.

I've seen Paypal be pretty good with these kinds of things, maybe they can help you out. How upsetting though!

No paypal can only do something if you make a complaint in 45 days of less... I just got off the phone with them ~ they said is someone else files a dispute in the next 180 days then they can re-open my dispute and paypal will decide how much they should give me back at that time.... (paypals discretion) Lesson learned never give anyone the benefit of the doubt cause it is going to bite me in the butt!

edit--oops, sorry, just saw that you are over the time limit. Maybe someone else on this board or the Knot is having a similar problem and will open a complaint? Post over there, too.

Good luck! I'm so sorry about you guys waiting for this--I bought one back in March and had no problems. Well, the only problem I had was my husband left it behind and it was never used in my ceremony. (I recently sold it on eBay.)

Definitely file a complaint with the BBB ASAP.

I will definately be contacting the BBB & reporting them ASAP ~ Tryed calling my bank was on hold for over 20 min and then spoke to someone in the middle of my dispute we got disconected I called back and told them to please not put me on hold i was on hold for over 20 min then i was disconected after i starting to speak to someone... well was on hold for another 10 min then i hung up..office mgr started to look at her watch! I guess I will try again later on!
