Is anyone using these? They are kind of what I am looking for and wondered if anyone else is using them or has worn them in a wedding before??

Re: J Crew or Ann Taylor BM Dresses..
I love JCrew dresses, they are made well and have a style to suit all body types.

Re: J Crew or Ann Taylor BM Dresses..
i love, love, love Jcrew dresses. I wore one (Sophia) in a wedding and I've worn it since!!
I want to use JCrew for mine, but I feel they may be a little pricey. I haven't seen anything I like as much, so I might pay some towards the dresses. I really don't want my girls to pay over 150.
Jcrew dresses need very little (if any) alterations.

Re: J Crew or Ann Taylor BM Dresses..
I am wearing an Ann Taylor dress in my friends wedding next month. It is actually very good quality fabric, I was pretty impressed and the color she is using is beautiful. Another plus is that its easy to figure out your size if you already wear their clothes and its easy to return. I am hoping that they come out with new colors so I can have my BMs use them!

I am wearing a J. Crew bm dress for a wedding in September and am really excited the bride chose them - I really think I'll be able to wear it again, even though it was a little pricey. The wearability is worth it! And it was nice to be able to choose which style I wanted to wear - she just picked the color.

I wore an Ann Taylor BM dress once and loved it. It's a dress I would wear again. I got them for my BM as well b/c they were 'springy' and cute. The price was pretty cheap (140) and you don't really need to alter them. For the wedding I was in, no one did any alterations. Price had alot to do with making my decision.
I was told Ann Taylor Celebrations is being discontinued, so if you see something you like, I'd order it soon.

I am using either the Silk Chiffon Juliet or Silk Chiffon Sophia from JCrew. The first one I think is $180 and the other one is $165. I promised my girls I'd keep it under $200. a few select stores (ex: the one in Rockefeller Center) has samples to try on. One BM is going this weekend and the other the next weekend after that. I hope it goes well! what color are you using??

I like the cotton cady and the silk taffeta. Id probably pick a color and let the girls choose the dress. I like the pink and the green JCrew.
Is the Rock Center store the only one you know that carries them? (I am on the east end, so I guess any trip to see them is going to be a field trip...)

Yea, that's the only one in NY that carries the weddings & parties dresses. Only a few stores in major cities carry them. You can always email the weddings coordinator at JCrew to find out more info. They told me when to order the color dress i wanted (sweet cantaloupe) by, in order for it to still be in stock.

I am probably doing espresso.
I like the Cotton Cady, but I think it might get wrinkly
