OK. So this weekend I am supposed to take my mom to try on MOB dresses. So far she likes dresses by MONTAGE (by mon cheri), does anyone know where to go?
...ALSSSOOOO....its time that she gets properly fitted for a bra....i need recommendations for good places with good customer service too !
PLEASE HELP! I need to make appointments for this weeknd!!

Not sure where to go for the dress but you can go to Victoria Secret. I know they have people there that will measure you to find the perfect size.

I would NOT recommend victoria's secret. They do not carry real large sizes and their fittings are not right compared to real bra stores.

we are in brooklyn...but i can either go to NYC or Long Island (hopefully not toooo far east).
My mom cant do VS. she is WELL endowed (unlike me, lol)

I agree.. VS is not the way to go. Go to Georgette's in Hicksville...they SPECIALIZE in larger sizes!!! Good luck!

gorgettes or lane bryant. honestly the bras at lane bryant are the best. i have the balconnette in every color. its the best bra. they hace good strappless bras too.
if you're looking for a special bra for the wedding like a long line bra i would go to gorgettes.

For the bras, try Blum's in Patchogue. (I live in Queens and drove all the way out there to go with my mom, well worth it.)
For the MOB dress, try Bridal Reflections, Queen of Hearts, Totally You (not great customer service but they do have a small selection) and Estelle's.

I LOVE THAT BRA< I have it in every color too!
But as far as getting an accurate measurement, I would go to a specialty shop. HBtu the products at Lane Bryant, once you know what size to get, are pretty awesome and relatively affordable.
I still recommend Blums for measurement and specialty garments for special occasions.
