NWR: customer service phone reps !!!

Edited for reasons stated below...Ugh...Never mind...didn't want to 'offend' anyone but still..

I guess its too sensitive for some people..I keep forgetting that I have to censor myself for fear of provoking a bout of accusatory hysteria or a passive-aggressive sticky note on the office fridge.

i'm not really sure what that has to do with the economy turning to ****... there are many other things contributing to it much more than outsourcing phone jobs, but i agree with you that it's so frustrating when you have a problem and can't get through to someone who can help you, let alone know what you're saying (no matter where they're from)

i dunno why but this post says to me. it may be a little offensive to some people..

yikes... I understnad the frustration about bad customer service. I would be careful though venting about someone's accent on here. We are all from different backgrounds, have multiple nationalities and this COULD be taken very wrong.

I understand your vent about the off-shore hiring point as well. I'm just saying a vent like this can be very easily misunderstood

Yeah. Maybe some of us take it a little more personally because we're marrying someone of that culture.

Still others may take it personally because they're of that culture.

Others might just get offended at your brash reaction and inability to understand your mother tongue spoken in a different accent.

Have fun earning friends around here. A week or so back you threw around an accusation that someone on here was responsible for the nasty photo albums on the photobooth site, and now this.

Congratulations, we have crowned our new jerkoff of the week.

no one said you have to sensor yourself. go right ahead and say whatever you'd like ... just be prepared for the reactions

when you're talking about race on a public forum, it is taboo -- especially when you're saying rude, discriminatory things i thought this was common knowledge?
