I voted 5-6...regards of whether #1 is great or #10 is great....I think the upgrade is a middle of the road improvement. Load times for each page is MUCH longer, and I find the graphics too busy for my eyes.

I liked the 'simplicity' of the old LIW>

Re: liweddings review

Why didn't you write that next to the numbers so we could know what we are voting on. Thanks. BRB must go vote now.

It took me three days for LIWeddings to recognize me. I'm computer-illiterate, so I feel like I have to learn everything all over again. I agree with Claud, I miss the simplicity of the old LIW.

I went for 5-6. Middle of the road. I think they are still touching up on it through this weekend. Change is always difficult at first.

Even my own avatar is a bit busy (gonna try to get a toned down one when I get home).

I liked ALL topics on one page not broken out into groups. It's a pain to have to go back and forth to get to different topics. I liked them all up top, but I see the spacing issue with that. Perhaps list them on the side?

LOVE the mass delete option in forum mail. Do like the personal touch offered now.

The 'NEW' post icon makes the whole thing seem a bit more like a bulletin board then the word 'New' used to. But this is a bulletin board. Everything seems a bit crowded.

With avatars and extras smaller posts take tons of room. I think avatar is fine, but the rest can be left to the 'profile'

There! That's MY own personal run down on my half day experience with the new LIWeddings.com.

Re: liweddings review

groovy
I wasnt sure if I was too harsh with how I felt about the browsers.

internet explorer is free, easy and simply the best out there. it is the programming default for all web based software.

glad to hear your enjoying and can tell the difference
isnt it nice
its like a breath of fresh air

Once I get used to the navigation and a few little glitches get worked out, I'll be fine here. I love the quote feature. And I agree with the person who said the avatar part is too long including name, title, picture, and wedding info. All the doesn't need to be there.
