An LIWeddings.com shout out to congratulate Kay and Neal on their recent engagement and impending nuptials.
It seems as if the relationship has been smooth sailing for this financial couple as Neil chose to propose during a cruise getaway to St. Kitts in the Caribbean, by presently Katy with a dozen roses, the last being a gold rose.
The happy couple from Hicksville are planning a September 2007 wedding.
