Congratulations and best wishes to Kristin and Fallon on their engagement. Kristen, a Clinicl Trials Research professional and daughter to Joseph and Frances Fallon and the groom, an Advertising professional and son of Patrick hanley, both from New York City were engaged in their apartment on December 1, 2006.
