Congratulations and best wishes to Jennifer Sharp and John Ballard and their respective families Cecil and Janet Sharp and Mary and John Ballard Sr.
The two, a Personnel Specialist and an Economic Service Worker, from Charleston WV were engaged on December 24, 2006 while opening Christmas gifts at home.
' I opened my christmas present, and inside the shoe box were 4 jewelry boxes, each one had one word in them... 'will', 'you', 'marry', 'me' and then John was kneeling beside me with the ring in his hand!!!!'
They look forward to an October 27, 2007 celebration in Central Park.
