All the best to Tiffany and Stephen and their respective families: Muriel Watkins Johnson and Richard Johnson and Roberta Bates Bowen and Stephen Bowen Sr. The bride, a Full-time student and the groom, a Dallas Cowboys Football Player were engaged on December 25, 2006 at the groom's home in Dallas. 'just knew I was going to get a ring on Christmas. I knew it was coming and was confident Christmas was it. The day before Christmas I mentioned that I was getting my ring the next day (basically to see what he was going to say) and Stephen told me that he didnt have the ring and he didnt want me to expect it and get disappointed. I started crying and when he didnt say anything I knew he really didnt have the ring (he wouldnt let me sit there and cry right?). The next morning we opened our gifts (it was Christmas) and after we had made a mess with the wrapping paper the dog started to eat it. So I put her in the bathroom due to her behavior issues. Then maybe 20 minutes later Stephen said that he wanted to take her out of the bathroom because she had been in time out long enough. So he went to let her out and when she came out she had a ring around her neck on a string. I saw something on her neck and went closer to see what it was. When I realized it was the ring I started crying and Stephen got on one knee and said his whole speech. Of course I said YES!' They look forward to March 2008 wedding at Abyseenian Baptist Church and a celebration at Leonard's of Great Neck.
