Congratulations and best wishes to Kristen Neary and Christopher Padden and their respective families: Susan & Michael Liguori and Scott Neary and Margaret Caputo; and Hubert and Ilene Padden, on the couple's recent engagement.
The two, a Psychology professional from Ridge and a Social Studies Teacher from Medford were engaged on October 20, 2007 in Bear Mountain, New York.
'We went upstate for the weekend with my best friend and her boyfriend. I was the only one that didn't know what was going on. Then on the top of the mountain, over looking all of these trees of beautiful colors since it was fall, my friend took out a video camera and my fiance took out a note...you know what happened from there'
They plan a March 2010 celebration.
