Congratulations and welcome to Joanne Tascareela and Gaetano Michael Bisogno and their families: Joe and Anne Tascarella; and Lou Bisogno and Cari Schlatmann.
The two a Special Eductaion Teacher and a Toy Designer, both from Astoria were engaged at home on October 14, 2008.
'It was a quiet Tuesday night in October. Joanne had a bad day and came home upset about all the problems that she encountered. While she was still working in her office at home, Mike set up the livingroom with roses, Prosecco and candles. When she entered the livingroom, Mike was on one knee asking Joanne to marry him. It was what Joanne always wanted. A random Tuesday night alone at home! '
