Long Island Engagement Announcements

We are happy to announce the engagement of Katina and Nicholas and to extend our congratulations to their families: Panagiota and Dimosthenis; and Catherine and Andreas. The tow, a Speech Therapist/Special Education Specialist from Flushing and a Construction Professional from Little Neck were engaged on May 16, 2008 at the Aegean Cove. 'May 17th is both Katina and Nicholas birthdays. So Nicholas took me (Katina) out to dinner for our birthday. We ordered our food, and he had a little birthday bag for me. He gave it to me, and asked me to open it and see what he had got me for my birthday. I got what i wanted, a new digital camera. He asked me to look at the great pictures it takes, which he took a couple at his house. So i saw the first two pictures of his puppies, and then the third picture was him on his knee, holding the ring. There were two pictures of him on his knee, one was more of a close up. Of course i was speechless, he then pulls out the ring from his blazer, and asks me to marry him!!! All I can say is : 'Amazing' i also lost my appetitie after because I was sooo happy, excited, speechless. Nicholas couldnt stop eating bc he was so nervous !! An unforgettable night for the both of us. ' They look forward to an October 2, 2010 celebration. We wish them much continued love and happiness.
