We are happy to welcome to our online family Corrine Ferrara and Russell Renner and to extend our congratulations to their families: Helen and Patrick Ferrara; and robin and Russell Renner.
The happy couple: A Graphic Artist, and an HVAC Technician from Selden and Coram respectively were engaged on December 21, 2008 at the NYC Christmas Tree.
'Russell took me into the city for a romantic day out. We went to the christmas show and spent the day admiring all of the displays. Once night came around we made our way to the tree. Once we made it to the tree he asked a family to take our picture. As the family was taking the picture he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the most memorable moment in my life. The funny thing is... the family didn't even know what he was about to do.'
They look forward to a February 6, 2010 celebration at Flowerfield.
