Long Island Engagement Announcements

We are happy to announce the engagement of Lisa Kellaher and Jason Parisi and to extend our congratulations to their respective families: Kean and Debbie Kellaher; and Anthony and Stephanie Parisi. The happy couple: an RN, at Huntington Hospital, and a Project Manager at Zaah Technoligies, both from Ronkonkoma, were engaged on March 6, 2009 'Jay had me meet him in the city for a special dinner, although he wouldn't tell me where. It turned out to be Morton's Steakhouse! After the perfect meal he said we had to 'walk it off' because we were so full, so we headed uptown and ended up at Central Park's Army Plaza. We went down to the pond where we were the only people around. He got down on one knee, ring box in hand, and asked if I would spend the rest of my life with him, 'Will you marry me?' As we were admiring the ring underneath the street light (the ring I had been admiring in Tiffany ads for 2 years) he asked if this was the best night ever. Of course I said yes, and he said, 'Good, because there's more!' We then took a taxi to the Marriot and on the floor of our room, in rose petals, he wrote 'I'll love you 4-ever.' Perfect.' They look forward to an Auguest 27, 2010 celebration at Flowerfield. 'Flowerfield was our dream location. And as soon as we walked into the grand atrium we were sold!' We wishs them all the very best.
