Eric and Sabrina were engaged on 4/18/09. While Sabrina thought it was just an ordinary day, Eric had something very different planned. He took her out to a Thai restaurant and rushed through his dinner. Eric had the waiters put the ring in the dessert camoflouged by whipped cream. While they were eating, Sabrina caught a glimpse of a silver color and thought their was a quarter in their dessert! Eric picked up the ring, put it in his mouth to take the whipped cream off of it, and by the time Sabrina realized what it was, Eric was proposing! The couple is very excited and plan to wed on July 3, 2010 at Leonard's in Great Neck.
