We would love to congratulate Michelle and Frank, and to welcome them to our online community. Michelle, from Fresh Meadows, and Frank, from Brooklyn, were engaged on April 1, 2012 at home.
'Frank surprised me at home. I had no idea that he was going to propose. I turned around in my bedroom and he was on one knee.'
The happy couple is looking forward to a September 20, 2014 celebration of love.
